Refund Policy

Eligibility

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded the ebook or report and have not used your Discord community access. Once you have accessed the digital content or joined the community, we generally cannot offer a refund due to the nature of digital products.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@frse.me with your order details (email used at purchase, product name, and date of purchase). We will respond within our usual support window and, if eligible, process the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing depends on your financial institution.

Exceptions

If you believe there was an error (e.g. duplicate charge, failed delivery), contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. We may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevented access.
